What is a contributing developer?

Qwiet defines a contributing developer as anyone who has contributed to your applications' source code in the last 90 days that preZero is scanning.

For example, if you host a repository on Bitbucket, GitHub, or GitLab, each developer that commits to that repository counts as a contributing developer. If a developer contributes to multiple repositories, Qwiet only counts them once.
