Generating CI access tokens

You can use the Qwiet Dashboard to generate a token to integrate Qwiet into your CI/CD system. Super admins can create this token; the tokens belong to the organization not the super admin. Super admins can also invalidate and regenerate these tokens as needed.

Generate a token

To generate a token:

  1. Log in to Qwiet using a Super Admin account.

  2. Using the left navigation bar, click on Organizations.

  3. Switch over to the Integration Tokens tab.

  4. Click the plus sign to launch the New Integration Token window near the top-right of the tokens table.

  5. Provide a label to help you remember what this token will be used for and (optionally) a description. Select the role to assign to the token (in this case, choose CI Token).

  6. Click Create Token to save and proceed.

  7. Qwiet will display the token to you once. Please save the value of your token in a safe place (if you ever lose the value of your token, you'll need to generate a new token).

Delete a token

danger

Deleting a token may break any integrations and automation you've set up using that token.

Super admins can delete existing tokens at any time. To do so:

  1. Log in to Qwiet using a Super Admin account.

  2. Using the left navigation bar, click on Organizations.

  3. Switch over to the Integration Tokens tab.

  4. Find the token you want to delete, and click the trash can to its right.

  5. When prompted with the Warning, click Delete if you would like to proceed.
